Poured biscuit, produced with fresh whole eggs, shelled and pasteurized, without the addition of dyes. Elongated biscuit (lady fingers), with a soft structure, golden in color and covered with sugar grains on a surface.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, fresh pasteurized eggs (26%), glucose syrup, raising agents (ammonium hydrogen carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), salt, flavorings. Used as a pan release agent: sunflower oil.
