Chocolate Drops Panettone

Low, naturally leavened product with dark chocolate drops. Produced with fresh yeast obtained from sour dough starter. The baked dough’s color is brown. The fragrance and taste have strong chocolate notes.

Ingredients: Wheat flour - Dark chocolate drops (22,5%) (Sugar - Cocoa paste - Cocoa butter – Emulsifier: soy lecithin – Natural vanilla extract. Cocoa min. 47%) - Butter (milk) – Sugar – Barn egg yolk - Natural yeast (Wheat flour - Water) – Orange paste (Orange peels – Glucose-fructose syrup – Sugar) - Honey - Emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids - Salt - Whole milk powder – Natural flavor – Natural vanilla flavor. Contains wheat, milk, egg, soy, mustard, and nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pecan nuts, pistachios, cashew nuts, Brazil nuts, and Queensland nuts).
