Ingredients: Soft wheat flour, candied orange peel from fresh (17%) (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), almonds icing (13%) (sugar, fresh egg white, rice flour, almond flour (7,7%), starch modified, flavorings), butter, sugar, fresh barn eggs (9%), fresh barn egg yolk (4%), granulated sugar (3%), natural yeast (soft wheat flour), Sicilian almonds (Amygdalus communis L.)(2%), wine “Marsala PDO”, Sicilian honey, orange paste (orange peel, sugar, glucose‐ fructose syrup, lemon juice), invert sugar syrup, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, vanilla.
