Traditional salami from the Romagna region, made with the finest quality pork meat. The finest and leanest Italian pork cuts with diced pieces of fat-filled in a natural casing and hand-tied. It matured just enough to obtain a salami with a strong aroma and a balanced distinctive flavor. Medium grain. Nostrano is best served on a charcuterie board as per Italian tradition, together with a Sicilian red wine.
