Easter dove cake with Sicilian chocolate covered with icing.
Ingredients: Soft wheat flour, butte, almonds icing (12%) (sugar, fresh barn egg white, rice flour, almonds flour, starch modified, flavorings), sugar, fresh barn eggs, Sicilian chocolate (9%) (cocoa mass, sugar cane. Cocoa solids: 50% minimum), fresh barn egg yolk, natural yeast (wheat flour, water, yeast), granulated sugar (3%), hazelnut paste (2%), Sicilian honey, invert sugar syrup, orange paste (orange peel, sugar, glucose‐fructose syrup, lemon juice), emulsifier: mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, vanilla. May contain soy, nuts (walnuts, pistachio), lupin, mustard.
