Classic Pandoro Babbo Natale

Naturally leavened product, truncated-cone shaped with an octagonal star section. Produced with fresh yeast obtained from sour dough starter. The outer surface, without crust, is amber colored. Inside, the product has a honeycombed structure. 

Ingredients: Wheat flour, Fresh eggs, Sugar, Butter (milk), Whole fresh pasteurized milk, Natural yeast (Wheat flour - Water), Fructose, Emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (of vegetal origin), Cocoa butter, Salt, Flavors, & Icing sugar packet (5%) (Ingredients: Sugar - Wheat starch - Flavors contain nuts, mustard and sov.)
